Client Services Manager (Maternity Cover, 12 month fixed term contract)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a Stylus brand ambassador to ensure a positive client experience by developing knowledge on Stylus content to an expert level
  • Account management: onboard new clients and conduct training sessions with new members, understanding their needs & objectives to embed Stylus into their business, develop strong relationships with subscribers to secure renewals, ensure clients have a strong understanding of Stylus offering
  • Create engaging communications for clients: Reading & researching Stylus content both proactively and on-demand for monthly newsletters & client content requests 
  • Analyse client usage: Monitor account and usage levels, addressing low usage accordingly. Help identify potential new users and key decision makers 
  • Maintain CRM records: Consistently and accurately log all tasks on Salesforce to enable meaningful reporting and performance analysis 
  • Demonstrate an understanding of insights, marketing and design issues a b2c/b2b client may have and position Stylus as a solution to these issues and demonstrate the value Stylus can add to their business

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a client-facing role
  • Experience within insights, trends, research and/or innovation desirable but not essential
  • Ability to communicate clearly at a high level with confidence and authority
  • Able to work equally well in a team environment and autonomously
  • Superior oral communication skills with a view to develop engaging presentation skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for innovation, consumer trends and our business
  • A high degree of professionalism and can demonstrate the potential to develop client relationship management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to write clear, concise copy in English
  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and LinkedIn SalesNav desirable but not essential **NO RECRUITERS**
